Personal history
Lady Imradil Hunithanea has lived her whole life straddling two worlds. Born to a wood elf mother, she was left with her human father, Lord Romero Oakes, at the age of 4. All she has of her mother now is her surname which means “Sisters of the Night.” Her father was a kind man and her step mother, Lureene tolerated her, for Imradil came about before her marriage to Romero and her own children. Her uncle, Duke Umbero Oakes was another story. He ruled the city of Graycott with an iron fist and had no tolerance for magic users. He also had little tolerance for bastards, but because Romero was quick to legitimize Imradil, the Duke begrudgingly also acknowledged her to a point. He never let her forget that she was different from her sisters and cousins. While the human children learned governing, history, and other lessons of rulemaking, Imradil was taught to fight and the nature of the forest by an old dragonborn teacher named Grigos, just in case the day came that her family needed protection from the giants that roamed nearby. He also taught her his home tongue. Her father, when he could, taught her other aspects of nobility. Though her education was not as deep as that of her sister, Miri, she learned well enough. Imradil also had another sister, Gwen, but Gwen was only a toddler.
