Kellokian Oasis (kehl lohk ian)

Located in the center of the LSE lies the Kellokian Oasis. Said to be a glimpse into the what the entire LSE looked like before the fall of Valoreum, the Oasis is a semi-tropical region surrounded by tall mountains and surrounds a lake that seems to have an endless supply of water. What mysteries lie in this region are said to be caused by a paradoxical loop in time that prevents the destruction of the paradise but also prevents the advancement of the Kellokians that live within. The Kellokians are a race of time dragons that were said to have been some of the most advanced dragon tribes that lived in Valoreum. Here, however, they have reverted to a tribal state, living in small communities with very primitive traditions.

Localized Phenomena

Due to its elemental attunement to Time magic, this region seems to loop in time, and currently is in an age before the fall of Valoreum. When using time magic in this region, it will do the opposite of what it should.

Fauna & Flora

The Flora and Fauna of this region seem to have a combination of creatures from the LSE and the Draiconian Wastes.
