Electryllian Steppe (Eleck trill ian)
The Electryllian Steppe is a "grassland" region to in the Northern-central region of Valoreum, with rolling fern and ancient grass hills, sparse forest with conifers and deciduous trees, a variety of rivers and lakes. In some of these areas, dense jungles form. What truly makes this area amazing are the powerful monsoons and thunderstorms that regularly hit the region. With this amount of storms, it is the perfect home for the Electryl, who are often called Storm Dragons or Lightning Dragons.
Localized Phenomena
With its elemental attunement to Shock or Lightning, it attracts many of the storms from the Sea of Eternity. With this in mind, whatever ends up hitting this section of coast hits it strong, with most storms being powerful thunderstorms, monsoons, and even typhoons. When Shock magic is used in this region, the power of the storms responds and whatever target is hit by that magic in this region has a chance to also be hit by lightning from one of the many storms in the region or the spell jumps to another target that has recently been hit by some form of shock magic.
