A clever politician who hopes to reform the city of Braymouth from within, using his influence in the House of Lords to solve problems. Dislikes groups such as the Protectors who he believes are extremists who will do more harm than good.

Personal history
Alfredo was born in the golden age of Braymouth, the city was thriving in a stable land. As he grew older, however, he saw that corruption and indifference within the government was festering in the city. When he ascended to the House of Lords at age 25, he set out to fight this systematic corruption, but was largely unsuccessful. He has been working to this day to root out the problems within the city. When he was on the verge of turning the city around, the Tolis Revolution occurred, thrusting Braymouth into economic recession and undoing years of his work. Despite this setback, he kept working, and is now using his governmental position to fight the rampant corruption that sprung up after the Revolution.
