The Treefather
Silvanus
One of the first deities created by Amoni, the Treefather is the keeper of all that grows and flourishes throughout the lands and seas of Esos. The god of nature and guardian of the wilderness, Silvanus, the Treefather stands watch over all the creatures that inhabit the forests, mountains, deserts, and oceans. A favorite deity of many elves, druids, and rangers, the Treefather offers guidance to those seeking safe passage across dangerous waters or for those adventuring through uncharted terrains to offer prayer to Silvanus for guidance. Furthermore, it is widely believed throughout Esos that whenever the balance between nature and civilization becomes unwieldy, the Treefather will channel the energies of the Primordials to cause devastating natural disasters. Images of Silvanus can be found on wood relief carvings, etched upon illuminated manuscripts, and as sculpted idols hidden throughout the unkempt groves and forest shrines of Esos. Typically depicted as a stoic man in pale green plate armor wielding a war hammer, the Treefather appears to have mossy green life oozing from his pores, covering much of his body. Fixed upon his helm are a pair of stag antlers and on his shield a large maple leaf.

Holidays
While the Treefather does not have a day of celebration set aside to himself, the fourth day of the week Tredia bears his namesake. Furthermore, the Treefather is a prominent figure in many of the festivals that take place throughout the year, particularly that of New Dawn and the Harvest Moon Festival.
