Amoni

Creator of All Amoni

The daughter of the original two entities to occupy the multiverse, Amoni is the combination of order and chaos, she is harmony, she is all. Constantly seeking balance in all things, Amoni wields tremendous power over the material plane. As the story goes, Amoni's desire to create with the powers she was invested with was overwhelming; the relentless pull between freedom and change, and structure and stability drove her to genesis.
Amoni's undertaking came in four stages; first, she shaped a world in which the elements of her progenitors' domains could be sufficiently expressed. This world became Esos. Her next attempt at creation came in the form of what most mortals call the "Primordials." This group, referred to by many scholars as the "first generation," comprised four beings each representing one of the four major elements. These creatures were immensely powerful and destructive. After their creation, it took Amoni some time to channel each of these primordial energies into their respective domains. While these forces came from her, they were also a part of her and because of that, they wielded tremendous power. Once pointed in the direction that Amoni desired, the "Primordials" brought elemental life to Esos.
Learning from the mistakes she committed in her first attempt to create life, Amoni was much more deliberate with the "second generation." Realizing that the power she had invested within the "Primordials" was far too unwieldy and feral, she was much more focused in her subsequent attempt. Understanding the need to focus the power of her children, she created fourteen entities, all of whom commanded a specific domain and metaphysical province. These beings would become the dominate pantheon of the gods of Esos.
Amoni's final attempt at creation was a bit different than the first two endeavors. Recognizing that her initial two efforts at generating life resulted in crafting beings that functioned as titans and gods, Amoni desired to fashion life that could exhibit all aspects of the abstract and philosophical spectrum, a generation with infinite potential. In this pursuit, Amoni, along with the various beings she provided life to in the "second generation," was able to create the mortal races of Esos. With the assistance of this pantheon of gods, the "third generation" was born. The world was graced with elves, dwarves, halflings, orcs, humans, and every other form of life known to exist within the material plane.
