General Physical Condition
Rasska is quite rotund in his midsection and bears an aloof aura about himself. He wears flamboyant attire, a powdered wig, and a quarter mask that appears to have a painted on eye... that glows... and moves on its own, separately from his other eye. His expressions are almost always overemphasized.
