Matron Nelserai (a.k.a. Nyvea "Bearer of Darkness" / Afserai "The Reaper")
Archfey Matron Nelserai is one of the Matrons of Chaos and is an Archfey of Balance. This might be an odd entity to belong to the Matrons of Chaos, but Chaos cannot exist without some form of balance.
She is often seen as a Harbinger of Death or of another dark nature, as, with how long lived those of the Feywild are, balance is often death.
However, with the influx of the Blight into the Feywild, her balance was shifted wildly in the opposite direction, causing a population boom in areas which cannot necessarily handle it, at least not without the blight being handled.
She is oft likely to take on Warlocks of darker nature, those who fight death, those who seek cures to that which cannot be cured, etc. as she enjoys the stories they tell when they finally enter into her embrace when their lives have ended.
She is actually a minor goddess, but as she is Fey born, she takes the title of Archfey rather than goddess. She is powerful, but is the least likely to use her powers directly.
As she is a goddess/Archfey of Death/Balance she has both Warlocks and Clerics, and sometimes other professors of belief within her that work under her name. She goes by many names.Divine Domains

Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Nelserai is a tall and muscular woman who wears a full set of armor that makes no sound when she moves despite how sturdy it appears. She wears a cowl of dark feathers and a helm that covers all but her mouth. All you can see of her skin is the lower part of her face and a little of her neck.
