The Outside Eye

Common people know The Outside Eye is the group who controls most of the criminal activity in Chint. They are quick to snuff out any opposing cartel or gangs, all the while keeping anonymity. No one knows who exactly is part of the Outside Eye, but most believe its those in the elite and higher classes. The biggest contender is Stauber, who is quick to end any interviews or meetings whenever the syndicate is mentioned.

To keep the flow of what the people want is our goal, and to do it in a discreet manner so no one is caught or harmed. Other families would deliver in such awful quantities, and be caught red handed by the law more often than not, but not we.
