Gae Bolg

A crimsom spear carved from a now extinct species of tree, the wood is hard as steel. Vines grow up the shaft, culminating in a series of spikes around the blade, which is decorated with Druidic runes. According to legend, the Gae Bolg was given to the Spearmistress by Melora, to aid her during the War of Dawn and the Nysian Rebellion. Some say that it was given to her protégé Zatanta, but it has never been confirmed. Most legends agree that the Spearmistress took this Divine Regalia to her grave.
