Shōryū was a Ryūshu ruler of Northwest Auslon, who after signing the Five Dragon Accord, styled himself a Continental King. He was quite powerful and very cunning. It was Shōryū who began the program to enhance Elves into the High Elves, granting them immortality and great strength in body and mind.
