The First Ersynnian Empire

Summary

The first kingdom of Ersynnia began as The 8 Tribes of Ersynnia- barbaric tribes whom saw the vision from the god Ay’lahotan unified to fight the great holy war against the dread god Burgen who held humanity to his servitude. This war ended when a high priest of Ay’lahotan tricked the god Burgen and used a scroll to cast him to the underworld where he awaits to be summoned to retake his kingdom.
This treaty lasted only a short while until disputes within the kingdom lead to the disillusionment of the Kingdom and they resumed back to the tribal state, each developing their own cities and technologies such as writing- but worship of Ay’lahotan continued to be the standard practice.

Historical Basis

Very little is known about the first Ersynnian empire, and all that is known about it was recorded onto stone tablets in the “Epoch of Ersynnia”
