Lucina Sparrowtail

Lucina Sparrowtail is a cousin to @Katelyn Kerendas, the wife of Duke Ophion Sparrowtail of Headwater. Lucina and Katelyn are close friends and both served as diplomats on behalf of the king of Lete before the formation of the Empire. Lucina was appointed to the Green Council at Katelyn's urging and has proven to be an influential woman with the Emperor.
