Treasurer; Thadulir Redchin, Dwarf.
Membership Manager; Hamas Lyoney, Human.
Community Relations; Gery Foxe, Human.

Guild Master

The guild master oversees all guild activity, although they designate tasks to those of lower ranks, and only involve themselves when necessary or for public appearances.

Vice-Guild Master

The vice-guild master assists the Guild Master in all activities.

Treasurer

The treasurer manages all guild finances, be they through membership fees or outgoing expendutures.

Community Relations Manager

The community relations manager deals with all things related to the guild and it's public appearance. This may involve co-ordinating events, or ensuring events like the festival have their healing needs met. This is involves managing any negative press that may occur due to it's members.

Membership Manager

This person is responsible solely for the hiring of new White Mages, as well as for managing promotions of existing members, or in rare cases, the dismissal of negative persons from the guild.

White Mages

This group includes all ranks of White Mage, the core of the guild. There are 5 seperate ranks, with new mages making their way from the bottom, up. In order;

  • Apprentice - The lowest rank, unqualified but in training. Unable to call themselves white mages yet.
  • Journeyman - The first rank at which time a person can officially call themselves a white mage. This rank is usually obtained after finishing the first year of formal training, at which point the focus shifts to 'on the job' training, where the mage will be expected to wander the world, providing services, and sending reports of their deeds to the local white mages guild offices, whilst also submitting themselves for occasional tests and top-up classes.
  • Veteran - Once a journeyman has proven themselves sufficiently skilled, capable of upholding the white mage traditions, and of displaying expert professionalism, they are promoted to veteran white mage.
  • Master - A master white mage is one who has shown excellent skill in the craft, and conducts themselves with the highest levels of professionalism and grace.
  • Arch- - An arch-white mage is one of the rare few that has shown skill above and beyond all others, of course, the professional standards still apply. This is the highest rank a member can achieve other than a leadership role.

Associate

An associate is a person whom has displayed interest in the white mages guild, expressing an interest to join. Once they have been assessed by the membership manager, they may be allowed to become an associate of the guild, at which point they are essentially on a waiting list to begin training. They are still expected to uphold high levels of personal and professional conduct.
