Tophats

The gang is known for running the east market primarily the exotic pets/animals trade. Since the incident of the escaped wyvern the demand for dangerous animals has skyrocketed and the Tophats have been more than eager to fill that need. The gang has made a deal with the Sharks that allows them access to the the whaling industry and their smuggling ring, both gangs have profited from this arrangement.
The city watch does little to no investigation or prying into the actives of the gang, even when complaints are issues. Some say it is because Connery Kellani a known collector of rare and exotic beast is involved with the gang. However these are just rumors and should be taken with a grain of salt.
