The Dark Boys

This gang is notorious for shedding blood on its rise to dominance over The Velvet Hatch a brothel located on the north side of harbor way in the Central Stacks. The gang controls most of the stack on harbor way and a few buildings on gull street. The dark boys take their name from their blacken hearts, they are know for torturing their victims before disposing of them.
