Rivior

Rivior Glasgaine (a.k.a. The Half-Lord)

Rivior was a bandit-lord who stalked the area around the Crystalspire Peaks from around 960 AN until his death in 978AN. Rivior was known as the Half-Lord because his rival and former lover, the bandit queen Enchara gave him a certain wound that she claimed made him "half a man". Since Rivior insisted his underlings call him Lord Rivior they started calling him the Half-Lord. Rivior was successful as a bandit lord, successful enough that he had dwarfs build him a castle in the mountains around his raiding grounds and later it is rumored the same dwarfs constructed a network of underground halls to house his bandits and hide his loot. Rivior died at the hands of his rival Enchara during the harsh winter of 977-978AN. His bandits had done poorly in the fall and did not gather enough supplies for the long winter ahead. By Birth of 978 the men were desperate and starving. Enchara tricked them with a false supply caravan, luring them out of the halls and killed every bandit in the group including Rivior the Half-Lord himself.
