Keltar has held the post of harbor master before the revolts, so it came natural that when the dust settled he would assume the duties of Azure representative. He has out lived both of his sons, one having died during the revolts and his other son being lost at sea nearly ten years ago. Finding a successor has been all but impossible, none of his current relatives want the the job. The Kellani family has voiced their desire On the post, but with the bad blood between them Keltar has deemed only over his dead body.
