Emil Dracktus

Emil is a tall, skinny man with a taste for fine clothes. He is known for is great intelligence and always knowing the outcome of a situation. His past is a mystery to all that call him Lord, many Dark Shore residents have no idea where he came from or even who he is. The only thing people known for sure is that after the fires where put out and the dust had settled from the rebellion Emil was the new resident of Dracktus Manor. Soon after his appearance he was given the title Dawn Council Representative, for reasons unknown. He is rarely seen outside of the confides of the manor, only on festivals does he make an appearance. However, he does take daily audiences of the local dark shore residents. Some feel he is a fair and just Lord and often gives back to the people in food, public works and things along that line. Some also whisper that he is the true head of the Lotus Dragons.
