Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Enya Foraois has long, braided, dark brown hair and emerald green eyes. Her skin is a light green colour, and is utterly flawless, thanks to being a nymph. Her build is on the slimmer side, but she is rather muscular, a testament to the harsh conditions of the Ceilic Region and how the weak have little chance of survival.

Apparel & Accessories

Enya Foraois wears leather armour, covering most of her body, except her arms, so that the scars she has earned are visible. She wears a cape made from wolf skin in order to protect her from the weather, and a small crown made of stag antlers in order to signify her leadership.

Personal history

Enya Foraois was the only child of Clan Ráille's previous archdruid, Keira Foraois and her husband, Markus Forois, previously Markus Varro. Enya was trained in the art of swordplay by her father, as he was a mercenary before he was taken to Clan Ráille.
Enya happily learnt all she could about combat, and relished whenever her father would tell her stories about the fights he got into when he was still a mercenary in Venatorian territory. Soon her lessons turned into demonstrations when tensions between Clan Ráille and Clan Laoc began to heighten. It was on the battlefield that Enya proved herself to her clan. Her mother decided that it would be a waste of Enya's talents to simply be another warrior and started to tutor Enya on druidic magic.
Unlike her skill with a blade, Enya learnt druidic magic at a slow pace. Her slow pace surprised her mother, but she refused to give up on Enya and continued to teach her all she could. Unfortunately, Enya's teaching was cut short when her mother was killed by Clan Laoc. Enya flew into a rage, and prayed to Iapetus for the strength required to avenge her mother's death. The next day, Enya felt a surge of determination, and all of the spells that Enya had struggled to learn finally clicked into place in her mind.
Enya Foraois travelled alone to the Clan Laoc outpost that was responsible for the attack that killed her mother. She covered the area in flames and illusions, and all within the outpost burnt to death. Enya Foraois returned to her clan, uncertain if she would welcomed as a hero or a violent fool overcome by rage and flames.
Fortunately, Enya was given a hero's welcome, and over the next three years, she dedicated herself to honing her skills in druidic magic. Enya rose to the rank of Archdruid, where she remains to this day. She has ruled her Clan with utmost care, forging new trade relationships and burning her clan's enemies.
Five years ago, Enya left the Ceilic Region in search of a husband, and found one in Actaeon Kynn, who was an Areite at the time. She defeated him in single combat and dragged him back to the Ceilic Region. He is now known as Actaeon Foraois, and has been allowed the rare privilege of joining his wife in battle. His once blood red armour now a dark green.
Recently, Venatorian scouts have begun to enter the territory of Clan Ráille, and have paid the price for their transgressions. Clan Ráille has ceased all hostilities towards Clan Laoc, but Enya Foraois is still hesitant to help her old enemies in combat.

Family Ties

Enya Foraois always had a strong bond with her father, Markus Foraois. Markus rarely missed the world outside the Ceilic Region, due to him being a mercenary with no pre-existing loyalty or a family to call his own. Once Enya was born, any lingering thoughts of escape that Markus had immediately dissippated. He felt an instant responsibility to her, and as soon as she was old enough to speak, he began to teach her all he knew. It began with just old stories and highlights of his career, but soon he began teaching her how to wield a blade and battle tactics. Now in his late fifties, Markus is beginning to feel his age, just a little, and spends his days either repairing the armour and weaponry of Clan Ráille or giving advice to his daughter. There is no one alive in Eregost who Enya Foraois has more respect and love towards.
Actaeon Kynn grew up in a poor family, constantly abused by his father and anyone else within an arm's reach of him. He escaped his home as soon as he could, and became obsessed with finding strength wherever he could, eventually joining the Areites. His goal of gaining power was cut short when he was challenged by Enya Foraois to a duel, which he then accepted and subsequently lost. Actaeon awake, half-dead and half way to the Ceilic Region. He tried to escape but with his injuries he barely managed to walk three feet before being restrained by Enya. He was surprised when she simply restrained him, instead of beating him unconscious, and his confusion only increased when she healed his injuries. For his entire life, Actaeon only knew hardship and fighting, and that the victors always abused the defeated, and yet here he was, being treated mercifully and kindly by someone stronger than him. By the time he had been taken to Clan Ráille, he was pure rage. The idea of being claimed by someone defied every belief he had, and he was disgusted by the idea of never being able to fight again. Over time he got to know his wife/captor, and his hatred began to mellow at the kindness she gave him. Over time, his bitterness turned to acceptance, and his hatred of Enya turned to fondness. He was eventually trusted enough to work as a blacksmith and after usong his forging hammer to kill a bear that had wandered close to wear the children of Clan Ráille were being kept, he was deemed loyal enough to serve in battle and hunting. His once blood red armour now a dark green, and his lust for power now replaced with a need to protect Clan Ráille. As Actaeon Kynn he thought that the strong weren't capable of mercy, but as Actaeon Foraois he now knows better.

Religious Views

Enya Foraois is a devoted follower of Iapetus. She is thankful that he gave her the strength she needed to avenge her mother, and keep Clan Laoc away from Clan Ráille. She prays to him regularly, hoping that she maintains the power required to keep her people safe.
