Void Space

In the middle of the demonstration, the boy created fire from the air and threw a jet of flames towards the girl. She extended her hands and a strange, barely visible thing, formed in front of them: it was a kind of a sphere, but also looked like a hole, sucking the air and creating wind.
The flames were instantly attracted to the sphere, and, after touching it, disappeared.

Effect

The spell creates a void space in the air.

Side/Secondary Effects

The strong difference of pressure between the void and its surroundings create air currents that flow towards the center of the void space. High-level mages can create strong winds.
Since the space is void, any flame inside it automatically extinguishes, and thus this spell is very used to counter fire.

Manifestation

It manifests as a barely visible shape in the air, usually a sphere.

Related Element

Air, or, at least, oxygen.

Effect Duration

It ends if the void is filled again. The caster, however, can use their power to keep it always "empty".

Basically none.

Range

Usually small areas, but can be extended if the caster has a high level.

Level

Even an apprentice can cast the Void Sphere, even though it may be small.

Applied Restriction

This spell can only be used by mages with affinities to air-related elements, such as oxygen and nitrogen.
