Etymology

The word "Orkos" has links to the Roman and Italian God of the Underworld and Punisher of Broken Oaths, similar to how The Orkos make oaths to "Take Care of it All" to those that are broken. In Greek Mythology, Horkos "personifies the curse that will be inflicted on any person who swears a false oath". Horkus is viewed as a figure of justice within Greek Mythology, and it is said that the fifth of the month is especially dangerous as this was the day that Eris bore Horkos.
