Sera'na

Sera'na is the capital of the Principality of Seraline. The capital is an ancient elven city that still bears the mark of Yuan'ti occupation from a thousand years ago. The city stands mostly empty, populated by a meagre three thousand or so caretakers except once every ten years. Every ten years at the festival of Emylashara the Tal'dorenth gather en mass to commemorate the liberation of Seraline from the Yuan'ti. For one month Sera'na takes on the feel or a real urban centre, and then the tribes of Seraline disperse for another decade.
