The Lighthouse

Purpose / Function

The original purpose of the Lighthouse was as a normal lighthouse. However, once Bosh and his group of mercenaries took over the Silent Isle the lighthouse was retrofitted to act as Bosh's seat of authority. He used it as his military keep, making it the political and military center on the island.

Alterations

With the creation of Boshton the lighthouse was renovated into a keep. The lower levels were cleared of rubble and can work as a barracks. A basement was added to hold prisoners. The middle sections of the building have been reconstructed to allow formal meetings and military planning sessions. In addition while the lighthouse does still work as originally intended, it is now automated as the only person allowed at the top of the structure is Bosh himself.

History

Built originally during the Westreach Federation to help passing ships dock at the Silent isle the lighthouse quickly feel to ruin after the many failed attempts at colonization of the island. With the final colonization effort done and the settlement of Boshton solidified, the lighthouse has seen a renewed use as the center of Bosh's power.
