Mountains live most of their lives deep within their mountain halls. However each mountain elf must go through a coming of age ceremony where they must venture out into the world and bring back something new to their city or village. This could be anywhere from a new technology, artistic style, or even a new cooking dish. Many elves spend a few years out in the world and some even spend most of their lives before returning to their homes.

History

Mountain elves make their homes deep within mountain caverns and tunnels. they keep to themselves like forest elves and rarely as a society interact with the other races. As individuals however there have been many influential Mountain elf figures throughout history.
