Humans were the original inhabitants of the Continent, Akora. As a whole, this species has evolved very little in the past few Eons. However, several distinct ethnicities have emerged across the continent.

Anatomy
Humans are bipedal, land-based creatures
Genetics and Reproduction
Human reproduction often requires eight or nine months of gestation before a female can give birth to live young. It is uncommon for more than one child to be born at once, however it is very common for one mother to have multiple children
Growth Rate & Stages
Humans grow quickly, achieving max height around twenty five years of living. They regularly divide their life spans into a collection of stages:
1) Infancy (Birth to Four years Old)
2) Childhood (Five to Twelve Years Old)
3) Teenage (Thirteen to Nineteen years Old)
4) Adult (Twenty to fifty or sixty years old)
5) Senior (Sixty to Death)
Ecology and Habitats
Humans are highly adaptable and it shows in the changes of skin tones and mindsets. Humans acclimated to the desert land have adopted darker skin tones while those in the north are almost matching snow. Humans who live in the desert have a more communal and strong religious ties than the Humans of the East or North
Dietary Needs and Habits
Humans are naturally omnivores, requiring consumption of both flora and fauna to obtain the necessary nutrients to survive. In the First Eon, Humans were hunters and foragers. After the Elves arrived, they adopted agriculture and started mass producing food via farms and cattle pens.
Biological Cycle
Humans sometimes migrate south during winter and north during summer, some do not. Human cycles are irregular, often unpredictable, the only guarantee is the woman's monthly period of pain.

Social Structure
Humans sorted themselves by dominance. Those who were clever, mentally strong and ultimately, a dominant type personality, often appointed themselves leaders over others, taking from and demanding those whom they marked lesser to work for them. After the concept of money came in, those who had a lot of wealth also quickly climbed social ladders and high social ranks often came with a lot of money. Most of human societal structure is oriented around money and strength of will.

Facial hair for males tend to be a commonality among all humans.
Geographic Origin and Distribution
Most commonly found in the frozen north and temperate regions of Akora, however some can be found in the western deserts and eastern jungles.

Humans became the bar for intelligence comparison. They knew enough to be functional and survive without fail. Most other species and races compare themselves to Humans

Humans have the ability to harness and utilize magic
Symbiotic and Parasitic organisms
Humans are very vulnerable creatures, both mentally and physically. Humans often require other humans to socialize with to prevent mental deterioration. When that could not be achieved, they turned to animal companions and taming wild creatures, most often were wolves. Humans also tend to be a prime host to worms and other parasitic species due to their near optimal internal structure.
Humans have also been known to historically have Demi-Humans as pets, combat companions and even as marriage partners

In two of the three ethnic groups, Genders are heavily defined with specific roles and appearances while the third retains a sort of neutral mindset and fluid roles.

Body Tint, Colouring and Marking
The most common human are white or pale skin toned, adopted for temperate and colder climates where most live. There is a small portion of the population, who live out in the western desert, that have darker skin to help combat the increase in sun exposure and heat intensity.
