Eonga

Eonga is a vast untainted world of magic and technology. Inspired lightly by the Faerûn setting, in fact that was its original name, Eonga is massive, incorporates many different races, separate continents and islands, and it isn't even all discovered!   To the north of the continent of Orafall a war, The Drow Conflict, wages on between the Drow and The Stout Empire for control of the surface plains. In the south, Pincim is a hub of immigration and a seeming gathering point for malevolent forces headed by Yenia, but not even she claims to be the top of the movement... In the center of the continent however there is the only democratic country in the world, the country of Goliaths: Northcrown. Northcrown has been making attempts to claim control over the Western Mentian desert for many years with little success in its near resource-less wastes while simultaneously supporting the more North Stout Empire.   Eastwards, across The Expanse, Saeoz is a core of not only power and affluence, but also poverty. The Verdant Timberlands encompasses most of the continent, completely surrounding Marthdin in the center and Sinad's land borders in the North. The Timberlands are home to almost all of the world's population of Elves, ruled by the Emerald Emperor. Marthdin is home of the Dwarves who live in a close alliance with The Verdant Timberlands, enjoying lifestyles that many living outside the nations would call lavish or even aristocratic inside their mountain and forest fortresses. In the North though lies Sinad, home of the Orcs, and a cesspool of horribleness. This isn't due to what many would believe to be the inherently Chaotic or Evil nature of an Orc though, it comes from long lasting war. The spread of power on Saeoz used to be much less in favor of the Elves and more so to the Orcs until long lasting war between the Dwarves and Orcs had the Elves called in from an alliance with the Dwarves having them drive out Orcs to near extinction from it, only being stopped by the pleas of the international community.   Lastly, South-West of Saeoz, beyond the horizon, lies an archipelago that mythos says is built on the skeleton of a colossal ancient dragon, the Expa-June Isles. This group of islands earned its name from its two countries, the Triton land-grab of Expansis and the Dragonborn and Kobold home of Dracojune. Expansis is an odd choice for territory from the Triton race who dominant portions of the sea-floor with their cities. It's a poor piece of land leaving the many living there at the bottom of the social and wealth chain of their race. Dracojune however holds prosperous people striving off of their slave-backed exports.
