Nostroris is an Island in Eodalan, it is home to places such as the Taemore Valley, Conyth Empire, Thamdur, and Shalaserin.
The island has a mild crescent shape to it with a jagged coastline. Small islands are often found off the coast of the main land. The island is essentially cut in half by a great desolate mountain range.
