Sharktooth Reef

This white sandy beach is home to a small bungalow-style vacation town. Within the town are various sources of relaxation and pleasure. Plenty of tropical drinking, fishing, and surfing excursions, and guided hikes with stunning views and tropical wildlife throughout the area. There are shark hunting competitions and countless shark teeth scatter the shoreline. There is a diving company that takes you into the depths and shows you the reefs and wildlife. The pertinent residents of this town make a living tending for tourists and selling fishing exports. The town is known for the unique food and unusual safety that surrounds the area. Many citizens of Cruyan try to make the journey at least once in their life. This is also a common location for retirement. Many permanent elderly residents bring what they have left to live out the final days of their life. This is a popular location for con artists and petty thieves but the city remains relatively safe in comparison to surrounding areas. Hikes up the mountain bring you on staggering cliffs and past rushing waterfalls from the mountain tops. The wildlife in the area is much calmer and safer than most places but the guide is there for direction and protection. The town lies on the eastern shore of the Evertop Mountains. There are settlements directly on the beach and another town on the island just off of the coastline. Boats bring people to and from daily. The two settlements are known collectively as Sharktooth Reef. The reef here is home to a staggering tropical fish population and mostly non-predatory sharks that fill the ocean floor. There are very few known reefs that compare to the display of flourishing coral and underwater plants that light up during the night. A trip to Sharktooth reef is on the bucket list of most Cruyan citizens and is fairly well-known across the continent. The region is also home to a diverse array of wildlife, including monkeys, parrots, and sea turtles, which provide hunting opportunities, a source of food and also a attraction for the region. The monkeys are also known to be helpful in pollinating the many fruit trees in the region. The beaches are also home to many species of marine life, including dolphins, sharks, and whales, which are a valuable resource for fishing and also a draw for tourism.   The Sharktooth Reef is also known for its beautiful beaches, which are popular among tourists and sailors, who come to the region to enjoy the white sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, and the many recreational activities that are available, such as swimming, diving, fishing, and boating. The beaches also provide a source of income for the local population, through the sale of seafood, coconuts and other products, as well as tourism.   The region is also home to a variety of settlements, both large and small, which have grown around the natural resources of the area. These settlements are known for their friendly locals, their picturesque charm, and their lively markets, where visitors can find a wide variety of goods, including handicrafts, textiles, and local specialties.   Overall, the Sharktooth Reef is a place of natural beauty, diversity and resources. The mild climate, diverse wildlife, and beautiful beaches make it a popular destination for tourists and sailors. The abundant natural resources, provide opportunities for the local population and add to the regions value.
