Elding

The forces of thunder and lightning comprise Elding, the elemental bond of Hrafnlandr-Fjell. It is an erratic force, said to pursue a single target, flashing brightly all the way to its destination. Of all the elements on Endre, Elding is the most unpredictable; its ferocity rivals even Ardor when it is at its most intense.

Specializations

  Rune of the Aldinn Fjölnir
The raven goddesses Huginn and Muninn rarely relay information to their worshipers. When they do, they speak in riddles or play games. One of the few times they did not, was when they spoke of the Aldinn Fjölnir (Ancient Wise One). They described him as a father to all, a mentor, and a protector. While the citizens of Hrafnlandr-Fjell consider Huginn and Muninn to be their patron deities, something about the way the twin goddesses revered this Aldinn Fjölnir gave pause to the listeners; almost as if they saw him as theirs.   Rune of the Berserker
Those who choose the rune of the berserker allow themselves to be consumed by the heat of battle, entering a state of rage that both fuels and strengthens them.   Rune of the Bifröst
Tales of the Bifröst are found in the oldest of tomes scribed by the raven goddesses themselves. It is described as a shimmering path that glows with all the colors of the rainbow; its reach was far and could transport its travelers to the far reaches of the world, or worlds, should they wish. Those that choose to take on its rune are granted a small semblance of its power, gaining the power to travel through their bond with Elding. Without the ancient magics of the Bifröst to protect the bonded, traveling a great distance can be dangerous, however.   Rune of the Ravens
As the Aldinn Fjölnir confers its rune's blessing, so to do the twin goddesses. It is said that one is inscribed with the "rune of the raven," when in fact they are inscribed with two separate runes. These runes are most often found on the devout, but also the wisest of warriors. They are not fancy runes, in all honesty, they are not even the runes for the twin goddesses' names. The runes simply mean "left eye" and "right eye;" it would seem that the raven goddesses favor these runes, but no one seems to understand why.
