The Speaker is the Head of parliament in Tevant'ial. Traditionally held by a member of both the Lords and Maguses, the Speaker arbitrates meeting and should prevent disorder.
Appointment
After the Vote by parliment they are given the badge of office by the King and usually are blessed byt the High priests of Shanine and Corellon
