Demographics

Seville has perhaps the most diversified Demographics of the major cities of Amur. good distribution of wealth and fair leadership have helped overall happiness to be high.

Government

With good revenue from the Taxation of goods entering the city, as well as the numerous fees for licensing and permitting, the Duke can invest in infrastructure and civil works.

Defences

A small wall surrounds the city, as well as a few walls from before expansions through the current city. The only anticipated danger would come from the East and Fort Seville protects from that direction.

Industry & Trade

Acting as a major trade hub for most continental trade allows the City Seville to not need to rely on industry as much. The Duchy on the other hand produces a limited amount of wood, large quantities of grain and a surprising amount of fish and mollusks.

Infrastructure

A full Sewer that services every home and shop was probably their largest work, especially given the water table. Many gardens and public Amphitheaters liter the city, including one on the lake. Watermills line the river portion of the City and Docks on the lake allow shipping down river to Furthaignville and Artyr.

Districts

There are no closed districts in the city, not officially anyway. If your affluence doesn't seem to match your surroundings you may be asked your business but regardless of answer little will be done. Industry tends to the waters edges excepting for a Public area for swimming in the Lake and the Amphitheater.

Assets

Docks and warehouses store goods for shipment in and out.

Guilds and Factions

Run much as a business that is concerned with making its workers invested in the welfare of the business. The Duke provides much in the way of civic incentives, enticing more influential merchants to move to the city where much of their trade travels through anyway.

History

Originally not founded as a city but as part of the Fort it slowly grew as a natural resting point for travelers to or from the Thunderkeep Mountains. As the region changed the city began to swell and needed more room than the Fort could offer, so the City was planned anew a little ways off from the Fort to allow room for future growth.

Points of interest

If you enjoy the Arts there is always a show going on in at least one Amphitheater. The one on the Lake is, while not reserved for, almost exclusively play by the Dukes current favorite performers.

Tourism

Of the major cities of the Kingdom, Seville has the most diverse of sources of tourism. The Arts, the Culinary fusion between the Elves, Dwarfs, and Dragonborn lands, the particular planning of the layout of the layout of the city.

Architecture

Much the same as the Fort Seville, the city uses half framing with wattle and Daube plastered and in some neighborhoods the plaster is carved and sculpted.

Geography

The City itself is a gentle hill to the waters edges. The Duchy is more flat than hilly and as is typical of the Plains of Systhwoden extremely fertile.
