Cambric Weaver
Cambric is an Elf who has been weaving a long time. His wife Carmine does the dying. He owns Weaver's Wonderland . He weaves and sells high quality basic fabrics, used by all of the servants to the big houses. He and his wife have several children, all of whom have learned to forage from their mother. Their oldest children are now grown and have a business travelling around and collecting dyes for their parents to use in their weaving. The children have told them tales of the other islands, and so Cambric and Carmine have a more laid back view about life than most in the merchantile, understanding that life can be different than it is here. They are planning to turn their business over to their oldest son, Merino, when he's ready to settle down, and retire to a quiet Island life. Customer who come in enjoy the laid back vibe, and creatures of any race or species enjoy a warm welcome here, which is unusual for an Elven establishment. If Elves had hippies these two would be them :)
