Fenthwick Balabar McGibbins (a.k.a. Wick)
Most gnomes are rare enough, but forest gnomes in particular usually stay out of the way and out of sight. Wick, or Electwick, as his current nomme du jour, developed a very mobile attitude after losing one home after another to extreme circumstances of chance. An extremely charming, yet small gnome, he recently, discovered some latent magical abilities that apparently had been muted by the Spellplague, but are now becoming known to him quite rapidly. But he is still learning to control these powers, and already has a reputation among his friends that cause them to stand clear whenever he raises his hands.
