A rugged and picturesque city in a dreary reach. With its sturdy wooden homes, bustling harbors, and stunning views of the icy sea, Port Dov is a hub of trade and commerce, drawing in merchants and fishermen from far and wide. The seat of power for the duchy of Eastchurch, ruled by House Tomen.

Buildings

Volte Marazzar

A mage tower older than the city, and very few are permitted entry. The wizard that lives here is Agosorin.

Redstorm Hall

An old keep that has been repurposed into an inn, a few taverns, a blacksmith, and a marketplace.

Earthen Keep

Here resides House Tomen, their courtiers, and other city officials, including the Magistrate Kilyn Morfir.

Temple of Storms

A Romith temple, dedicated to Epum. High Priest Folmer Longeye oversees the temple.

Sandstorm Arena

A battle arena that since House Tomen arrived has only facilitated carnivals, games, and shows. The area is run by Jod Withmis.

Teal Harbor

The larger of the two harbors and shipyard in Port Dov. The Harbormaster is Alfwood of the Greensea.
