Scope
The motivation behind building Elios
My world is a culmination of all the ideas that I have had over the years or things that I have used or want to use in campaigns.
The goal of the project
I want my players to be as involved in and care as much about my world as I am.
Elios's Unique Selling point
My world, no matter where on the timeline, continues to grow every time we play.
Theme
Genre
There really is not any one genre that fits Elios. This world is a composition of all genres, depending on when in time the players find themselves.
Reader Experience
The feeling should be all of the above, with a constant thought that change is good and change happens often.
Reader Tone
Depending on the time period and location, the tone could be as mundane as the real world is today or as mystical as Narnia.
Character Agency
Player characters have about 98% of the power to change the world as they would like to see it.
Focus
People and the places that they are from.
Military and royal might....
Technology and how it relates to those that create it.
Drama
The finding of magic in the world and what it means to those that live in it.
The constant wars between nations; what it costs and what are the gains....
The emergence of dragons from far off lands.
The new races of humanoids that seemed to come out of the woodwork over night.
