Seekers

A shadowy, pseudo official intelligence arm of the Wizard's Council. Its numbers, hierarchy, and reach are not widely known. When they wish to be known, its members can be identified by their jet black and deep blue outfits with (unidentifiable) white runic inscriptions. Their authority appears to supersede that even of most Radiant Guard officers and less senior members of the Wizard's Council, although the formal power structure is not clear.
