Teleportation Circles

Now, the most common form of long distance travel in Velaria, teleportation circles have been set up in all major cities and districts to allow people to teleport large distances. Because of the risk and high demand involved, the process has been commercialized and follows a rigorous set of checks and lines before someone is allowed to use it.

Widely used in all major cities throughout Velaria. Not available in smaller towns and hamlets because of the cost to set up; a spellcaster must spend one year drawing and activating the circle once a day.
