Khag Nozgar

Capital of Vastrya and original home of the Orcs. Located on the southern base of the Gadrobi Highlands and is at the tip of the beautiful Emerald Jungle.

Despite Khag Nozgar's large size, the city does not have many different levels of wealth. Instead it is mainly divided up between a vast middle class group making up most of the citizens and the lower class trying to make the most of the different groups of people within the city and profiting through crime. Because of this, there is a sizeable amount of crime that goes on in the lower streets of Khag, with crime lords staking out their domains within, but the majority of the city lives in peace away from these parts.

Contains people and races from every side of Velaria due to it's central location and friendly demeanor, most diverse city in Velaria.

Government

The settlement is completely run by the Ironwolf Clan and the various members involved. The clan is quite expansive so fills the roles that are required to operate the government of such a large city.

Defences

The city is arrayed with a strong defensive hold. Impenetrable mountains rise behind the city and many walls and strategically built areas make up the southern mass of the city.

History

The original home of the Ironwolf Clan, the city was feared for the proud and strong warriors that would come from it in the eternal conflict between tribes in Vastrya. However during the Great Unite, the city has quickly expanded and grown to be the largest city in all of known Velaria because of the warmth and acceptance of the Ironwolf people, the central positioning of the city for trade, as well as the security the city provides.

Architecture

Khag Nozgar architecture mainly consists of stone and the various ores found in the Gadrobi Highlands. And, as with all Central to Eastern Vastrya, most buildings are designed with menacing aspects such as, spikes, armor and weapon decorations, arcane glyphs on display instead of being hidden, etc. These two aspects combined make up the architecture of the sprawling city of Khag, diverse sets of menacing buildings covered in the owners own decorations and monuments, all linking either to peoples history or to their displayed strength.
