Creed of the Paragons

This cult formed from the recruitment of a group of fanatic Tritons. The cult worships the Goddess of the Sea Thassa who know her as The Paragon. The current goals of this cult are unknown, in contrast to their methods of murder and torture. The creed is known for killing enemies through somehow drowning them with no surrounding water on dry land.
