Yaga The Red
Mother Yaga Whitefern (a.k.a. Yaga The Red, The Blood Queen, The Blood Mother)
Yaga the Red is a supernatural being or evil spirit who appears as a deformed or ferocious-looking infected crone from the Southern tribble folklore based in the barren lands of Slepheilm. Yaga appears as a monster with some characteristics of a human and is the mother of all windigos. Yaga and her children's influence is said to invoke acts of murder and cannibalism. In Southern folklore, Yaga flies around in red snow cloud made from her frozen blood and dwells high in the mountains in a hut made from the flesh of the tribesmen she devoured.
In some traditions state, that Yaga was the first human to contracted Yagajo, who resorted to blood magic and cannibalism to prolong her life. After she died, her wicked spirit traveled all of Eisholle corrupting souls, transforming them into witches, and spreading Yagajo. For this evil, Yaga's soul was banished by Uranes to the frozen wastes emprisoned in an ice block made from her blood.
