Phoenix Suppressor

The Phoenix Suppressor is a fire extinguishing device which can be used to put out fires smaller than a square meter, including those raging as powerful as phoenix fire. It comes in a small bottle designed to be thrown at the fire and shattered. The suppressor lets out a large, oozing pile of dark slime, which slides onto nearby patches of fire to put them out. Once the process is complete, the slime hardens and then turns into an ashen dust that absolutely should not be inhaled.
