Finnish Bone Needle 15, arrival in Helsinki. Rune translation uncertain, several home runes used. No power manifest, during wait or in the hands of multiple. Translation suggestion of fire, of protection, of barriers, and of the home. Examination shows likely magical. Uncertain of usage. Testing of sewing articles occurring in Chisinau. Transliteration and translation recorded. Freight postage to Chisinau with other needles.
Helsinki, Chisinau. Needle construction and material suggesting use in sewing or embroidery. Needle lain on wool. Mild glowing reaction. Needle lain on linen. Ditto. Cotton, ditto. Fur, as before. Needle threaded with wool, again a mild glowing reaction. Linen thread, cotton thread, polyester thread, similar reaction. Wool-threaded needle through wool, fabric glowed and then caught fire. Required a phoenix suppressor to put out. The table beneath the fabric was unharmed, suggesting the fabric becomes impervious to the flames. Perhaps has cloak applications.   Returning to Oulu for storage with other needles.
Chisinau, Oulu. Placed in magical containment for storage.

Raw materials & Components
This item is a large yarn needle, dull at the end and made of bone. Small runes are etched into the edges of the needle near the eye. The runes suggest that if used to move a thread through a fabric, the fabric will be covered in flames on one side and impervious to the flames on the other side.
