Radix-Beta

Radix-Beta, first documented by Illithid explorers, the rough translation is the Beginning of the Miscalculation or Root of Error.   What the Illithids meant by that is unclear, but the world itself is entirely ruled over by creatures that find a comfortable middle ground between elder beings or outsider gods and titans. The world itself is substantially different from others in existence starting from the lack of deities and ending with an absence of a planetary core, if anything, the world resembles a fruit that had rotted and collapsed into itself.   This was a miscalculated attempt at the first habitable work, an entirely failed trial run, it is cut away from all else, separated as a great shame and a great danger as it abides by no law written after its creation.   The world's half-life is almost done, gods that were meant to moderate it failed, died, and fled; the world's people have delved into debauchery and depravity from once soaring technologies of magic and science, the Elder Titan thrash like caged beasts on a sinking ship.   Fledgling races clutch and pull at remains of the world unknowingly letting in a glimmer of hope for the doomed world.
