The Association

A government body comprised of Levellers and commoners, created to monitor Levellers as well as identifying the power of Thresholds and new Levellers.
The Association has a building in every major city where they carry out power tests on those who believe they might have awakened into a Leveller and to provide reassessment to increase your Level status.
They also set the limit on what level you must be to enter a Threshold. Unregistered Thresholds which have not been identified by The Association have an unknown threat level so should be avoided at all costs.
