The golden handled double sided axe is one of a kind in Ecura. No known replica exists as Marcus was a respected leader and no one would dare to imitate him.

Manufacturing process

The handle is the centrepiece of this weapon. Cast of solid gold with an engraved grip, the relief sculpted into it is definitely beautiful. It depicts Marcus founding the settlement of Xanu. The handle goes all the way to the top of the axe and a short steel spike protrudes from the top. The blades themselves are made of steel and are razor sharp. The Axe is double sided so a blade is inserted into both sides.

Significance

This greataxe is a symbol of power to the people of Xanu and stands for much more than military strength. It is a piece of its' history and a token to remember their great leader, centuries after his passing.
