Magitex celebrates twentieth anniversary in business
Reporting by Kimberly Sparrow
by Aspen Forest
Magitex, a New York tech company specializing in assistive tools for law enforcement, is celebrating its twentieth year in business. Chief Technical Officer Jordan Hendrix rolled out Magitex’s first ever robots in March of 10 AE, and soon the company would garner the attention of local law enforcement.
Before establishing Magitex, Jordan worked at the Hudson docks while developing his tinkering skills in spare time. While not passionate about the industry, he made the most of the plethora of skills found amongst the dock workers in hopes to one day assist their work through technology.
As the field of Eclipsian technology emerged, Jordan seized the opportunity to found Magitex. While little is still known about how Eclipsian tech is made and maintained, the world has undoubtedly benefited from the revolutionary advances brought about by the field from temporary protection from powers to medical assistive devices to impartial law enforcement robots.
At the end of 30 AE, following a period of exceptional growth, Magitex had its best three quarters ever which seemed fitting for the company’s twentieth year. When the business first started, it was just the partnership between Jordan, Annaliese, and Samantha and now the team has grown to fifteen.
