Storm Council

The Storm Council is the leadership body of Stormreach.

Structure

The head of the Council is the Storm Lord, Yorrick Amanatu a dwarf who turned on the other Storm Lords in the coup to seize power. Second to the Storm Lord is the Harbour Lord who is elected by captains of all the ships that call Stormreach their home port. The current Harbour Lord is a Half-Elf, Jolan Wylkes captain of The Night Lady.
The Council is also made up of three Dragon Lords, representatives from House Lyrandar (Calynden d’Lyrandar), House Deneith (Birne d’Deneith) & House Ghallanda (Heren d’Ghallanda). Finally, there is the Ward Councillors, nine councillors selected from each ward of the city.
