Valerya Tarkanan

Valerya Tarkanan (formerly Valerya Hooke) was a scholar at Morgrave University in Sharn. She specialised in Ornithology, and was quoted in the Sharn Inquisitive on their story about Rare Birds being seen in Sharn.
She developed an Aberrant Dragonmark on 11th of Eyre, 998 YK, an event that was witnessed by the Mist Walkers as they fell through the towers in their initiation to the Clifftop Adventurer's Guild. Some time after this event, she was picked up by members of House Tarkanan and is being taught how to control her mark.
