Oracle of War

The Oracle of War is a large, beautifully stained wooden chest, set with cogs and gears. It’s three feet wide, two feet deep, three and a half feet tall, and weighs 200 lb. It was recovered from the Fireweave Bazaar by the Mist Walkers.
It appears to activate when near a battle, and can provide tactical advice if fed information.

The First Prophecy

During 67. Where the Dead Wait, the Oracle of War activated itself and recited the following fragment of the Draconic Prophecy.
"When dark lanterns flicker in the light of a silver torch, and six moons cast long the shadows of the tower, the wild heart stirs and thrashes at it's cage. The court of the king of beggars must quell the beast's rage, with the aid of knowledge from a bygone age."
